On 7/2 I attended a meeting in Lake Andes, we were provided with many numbers from the surveys from people who were for or against the trail. Landowners who will be affected in a negative way voted 80% not to support trail. One small town voted almost 100% no support.

I called Pierre to see what progress the Feasibility Study has had. They have had a lot of imput from concerned landowners. Most of the trail will go through private property so there is a major liability concern. The next step will be to check all the bridges as most need major repairs.
