P SALMS 37:16 A little that a righteous man has is better that the riches of many wicked.

PROVERBS 15:16 Better is little with the fear of the Lord than great treasure and trouble there with. In this day and time it seems that everything to people is measured in dollars and cents. Consequently people spend many hours trying to accumulate as much as they can. The more that they have the less they really enjoy having it--for fear of loosing it of having it stolen from them. Having much of anything requires upkeep of all that they have.

Having spending a life time accumulating much for their possession only to leave it all behind when they die.

So our Scriptures tells us it is better to have little so as not to worry over it, it is much better to have the fear of the Lord and His righteousness.

He promises us that He will provide for us all that we need.

So many people are not satisfi ed with all they need---so they acquire more and more of their wants in their life.

TIMOTHY 6:6 But godliness with contentment is great gain.

Our Scriptures tell us that contentment is great gain.

Contentment is joy with what the Lord has provided. Happiness with little the Scriptures tell us is godliness with much gain.

To be satisfied with God's provisions which He knows are our needs It is time to give God the Glory for His provisions it is not a time to outreach His provisions for our pleasure--that will not last.

Doing it His way is better than all the riches of the world.

God does not want you to be without, but blesses you for being thankful for all He provides.

Are you doing it His way or are you reaching out for more?
