On 7/2 I attended a meeting in Lake Andes, we were provided with many numbers from the surveys from people who were for or against the trail. Landowners who will be affected in a negative way voted 80% not to support trail. One small town voted almost 100% no support. Votes were recorded from Sioux Falls. This was a true example they are getting desperate for support. The seal of SD reads, UNDER GOD THE PEOPLE RULE.
