NEW DICTIONARIES FOR 3RD GRADERS

September 26th the Wagner Rotary Club began its last meeting for the month of September and the second quarter of our Rotary Calendar year at noon on Wednesday last. The Senior students from WCS introduced themselves as our guests for the day.

Boys & Girls Club Power Hour helps Club members ages 6-18 achieve academic success by providing homework help, tutoring and high-yield learning activities and encouraging members to become self-directed learners.

AC/DC THUNDER ADDS TWO WINS TO THEIR RECORD

On Tuesday, September 18 AC/DC traveled to Tripp to face off against TDA in girls volleyball action. AC/DC eventually won the match in 5 sets, 24-26, 25-18, 25-21, 19-25 and 15-6. The girls were led by Tyra Medicine Horn and Mackenzie Muckey recording 18 and 14 kills respectively.

Greer Post #11 American Legion, held its monthly meeting September 20, 2018 at the Post home. Commander Robert Kucera called the members to attention. Chaplain Don Kotab gave the i invocation which was followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

Greer Unit #11 American Legion Auxiliary met September 20 at the Post home with 13 members and three guests present. The meeting was called to order by President Juanita Stone. Chaplain Kathy Geiman opened with prayer from the Legionette.

By the looks of our crops, and the reports from across the country, we are in for an abundant harvest. This brings me to think of the upcoming volume of grain and the “rush” to get it all gathered before winter.
