July 13th the Wagner Rotary started a new year. Our calendar year runs from July 1st to June 30th. There were two fresh faces at the head table to greet us. Rachel Woods is the new President and Jordan Weber is the new Sergeant at Arms.

"Week nine of the Fort Randall Casino and Hotel weekly racing series was fast and packed with some awesome racing! The evenings feature started with the Beeson Repair Non-Restricted Minis Sprints. Cameron Bussinger (Stuart, NE) took the feature win.

Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish Dante and St. John the Baptist Catholic Church Wagner held their joint summer religious education program Lumen Christi--Light of Christ June 24th - 28th, 2022 for grade school students.

110 Years Ago - July 1912 Rudolph Berndt is here from Eagle Butte. The Baptist Church Picnic will be held Wednesday at W.R. Van Gerpen's grove. Ephraim Berndt has purchased the Opera House. The top story is used for programs and the bottom is divided in to the Claussen Butcher Shop and Dr.

It is no secret that we love this rodeo famously called the STAMPEDE in Burke, South Dakota!! When you love what you do, it is fun!! For 32 years we have been having fun at the legendary Burke Stampede Rodeo with all of you!!

Bright and early Saturday morning paddlers racing in the Fort to Field 50 Paddle Battle filled the Randall Creek Rec Area. The Battle was from the Fort Randall Dam to Springfield with three checkpoints for racers to catch a quick break and a drink of iced water.

The Wagner Rotary Club met at Wagner Lake on Wednesday July 6th for an evening of work at the Rotary Shelter. There was no official meeting held but several members showed up with shovels, rakes, watering cans, and a post hole digger which saved the day!

Wednesday, July 6th fifteen Rotarians and friends showed up to replant the flowers and shrubs around the Wagner Rotary Shelter. The updates and beautification was part of their Grant Project through the Rotary District Designated Funds Grant Program. Submitted photos.

Alumni catching up. After the successful Ravinia All School reunion last year, the committee decided to have a reunion yearly. Well, another evening was enjoyed by 84 alumni and guests, June 25, 2022 at the Ravinia Fire Hall.
