The CP team includes volunteer representatives from each school district (administrators, school counselors, and school psychologist), Lewis and Clark Behavioral Health therapists, county legal/law enforcement, and area social serviceagencies.Wecollaborateonwaystoraise funds as needs arise in Bon Homme County, including the communities of Avon, Scotland, Springfield, Tabor, and Tyndall. As we meet, we are able to coordinate referrals for mental health counseling and family support. Our referrals come from school officials, law enforcement, teachers, and from family members who reach out for assistance.
