Funeral services for Michelle “Goose” Meiers, 57, of Wagner were held Tuesday, November 21 at The Lighthouse in Wagner. Burial was in the ZCBJ Cemetery in Wagner. Peters Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Bobby K. Hrdlicka was born June 5, 1936 to Theodore and Hazel (Schroder) Hrdlicka in Charles Mix County. He attended school through the 8th grade then worked on the family farm until going into the Navy in 1954 where he proudly served until 1958.

Asiana Inez Primeaux, Wambdi Wiyaka Waste Win “Good Eagle Feather Woman”, 27, of Marty died November 5, 2023 at UnityPoint Health St. Luke’s Hospital in Sioux City, IA. Funeral graveside services was held Monday, November 13 at the Native American Church Cemetery in rural Wagner.

Sandra Ann Weddell, 64, of Lake Andes died November 13, 2023 in her home in Lake Andes. Funeral services were held Friday, November 17 at Marty Community Center in Marty. Burial was in the Greenwood Presbyterian Cemetery, rural Greenwood. Peters Funeral Home of Wagner was in charge of arrangements.

Wihenapa “Sunrise” Hart Sr., 46, of Wagner died Thursday, November 9, 2023 in his home in Wagner. Funeral services were held Monday, November 13 at YST South Housing Gym in Wagner. Burial was in the St. Paul’s Catholic Cemetery in Marty. Peters Funeral Home in Wagner was in charge of arrangements.

Cheryl Lynn Nelson, daughter of Robert and Muriel (Reines) Nelson was born in Mitchell December 8, 1954. She passed away November 14, 2023 at Avera Hospital in Sioux Falls surrounded by her loved ones at the age of 68.

Gary Wayne Nelsen, age 70, of Conifer, Colorado, passed away peacefully in his sleep September 25, 2023. Gary was born in Pickstown December 5, 1952, the son of Lavon and Wayne Nelsen of Lake Andes. He graduated from Andes Central High School.

Albert Dwayne Ridgway, Jr 74, of Aladdin, WY passed away November 11, 2023, in Rapid City, South Dakota, following a brief illness. Al was born in Wagner, South Dakota, to Albert Sr., and Pearl (Bradley) Ridgway and was the youngest of seven children.

Terry Lee Larson, 56, of Sioux Falls, passed away October 29, 2023, in Sioux Falls. He was born June 4, 1967, in Sioux Falls. Terry was a great man. He could fix just about anything, and if he couldn’t, he’d still find a way. He prided himself on his mechanical skill.

Funeral services for Donald Gene “Choppy” Patterson, Jr., 48, were held Thursday, November 2 at the YST South Community Center Gym. Burial was in the Holy Fellowship Episcopal Cemetery in Greenwood. Wake services were at the Community Center.
