RED RAIDERS WIN AT BURKE

The Wagner boys varsity team improved to 12-5 with a win at Burke Monday night. The game was tied 17-17 after the first period. Wagner took a 4 point lead 32-28 into half time.

WAGNER FALLS TO VERMILLION

The Raiders were tied with Vermillion at half time Tuesday night before a disastrous third quarter dashed the boys hopes of an upset. The game was tied 33-33 at half time before Vermillion went on a 24-2 run in the third period.

TWO FORCES COLLIDE IN WAGNER

The Lady Raiders hosted the Vermillion Tanagers last Tuesday night in girls basketball action. Both teams were sitting at a record of 15-3 with huge seeding points coming into play. The first quarter would be both teams feeling each other out and Wagner would find themselves with a 13-12 lead.

BonHomme-Scotland-Avon participated in the Black Hills Last Chance Girls Wrestling Tournament in Hot Springs February 9. As the name mentions, itwouldbethefinalevent oftheirregularseason.

TheBHAwrestlerstraveled to Watertown for the State B Dual Tournament. They knew going into this tournament they had to be ready to go and show up to wrestle in hopes of bringinghomesomehardware. It was a long and intense day of wrestling and they really stepped up and battled all day long.

Avon hosted Tripp/Delmont/ Armour on Thursday night where they took the win 63-49. CourtneySeesledthescoreboards with 20 points, McKenna Kocmich had 19 and Rilyn Thury added 18. Thury led in rebounds pulling down 12, Sees had 9 and Kocmich 5.
