The Raiders were tied with Vermillion at half time Tuesday night before a disastrous third quarter dashed the boys hopes of an upset. The game was tied 33-33 at half time before Vermillion went on a 24-2 run in the third period. Wagner outscored Vermillion in the fourth period by 2 which made the final score 71-51. Parker Petry was 100 % from the field, he finished 8 for 8 and scored 17 points. Jesse Zephier added 12 points and 3 assists. Preston McFayded scored 8 points and had 4 assists. Javian Pesicka added 7 points, Frank Soukup sored 3 points, Carter Cournoyer and Brady Cournoyer each scored 2 points.

The boys are now 12-6 and host Platte-Geddes Friday night.

Wagner JV Loses to Vermillion

The Wagner JV had a tough game against Vermillion Tuesday night. The boys fell behind early and could not catch up.

Vermillion won the game 3818. Brady Cournoyer scored 6 points, Ky Arpanadded4, Avery Medicine Bear and Winston Little Moon each added 3 and Kobe Drapeau scored 2 points.

Wagner C Team play Vermillion

The Wagner C team lost to Vermillion Tuesday by a final score of 53-24. Dominic Doom scored a team high 11 points, Kobe Drapeau scored 6, Winston Little Moon added 3, Gannon Shields and Ky Arpan each scored 2 points. The Wagner C team will be back in action Monday February 19th in Beresford.
