PARENTS RECOGNIZED AT THE WAGNER CHEER INVITATIONAL
On September 18th, the Wagner Red Raiders competed at the Competitive Cheer Wagner Invitational. There were three other teams that participated in the invitational, the Platte-Geddes/ Andes Central/Dakota Christian Black Panthers, the Gregory Lady Gorillas and the Winner Area Warriors.
LADY RAIDERS PUT AWAY CAVS IN 4 SETS
The Wagner Red Raiders hosted the Bon Homme Cavaliers on Tuesday, September 19th. The Lady Raiders played well together and defeated the Cavs in 4 sets with scores of 25-20, 24-26, 25-17, and 25-18.
WAGNER AT BON HOMME CROSS COUNTRY MEET
On Monday, September 18, The Wagner Cross Country team traveled to Bon Homme to compete in their annual cross-country competition. The Wagner Cross Country team held strong and did a fine job at this meet. The hills were fierce but it didn’t stop these kids from bringing their best.
WAGNER PERSEVERES AND PUTS AWAY KWL
The Wagner volleyball team traveled to White Lake on Thursday, September 21st to take on the WildKats. The Lady Raiders faced some adversity but came out on top and picked up another win with scores of 25-11, 25-14, and 25-18.
PIRATES DEFEAT HITCHCOCK-TULARE IN HOMECOMING FOOTBALL GAME
The Pirates played a game Friday night as they hosted Hitchcock-Tulare for their Homecoming game and took the win 32-28.
The first quarter found the Pirates ahead on the scoreboard 14-6 with Aziah Meyer takingin a 29 yard run and 41 yard run.
BUSY WEEK FOR LADY PIRATES TEAM
The Lady Pirates traveled to Tyndall Saturday to compete in the Cavalier Clash. The Pirates started their day facing off against Vermillion with the win 2-1.
ANDES CENTRAL NEW STAFF SPOTLIGHT-CLINT NELSON
Andes Central School District has a new elementary school principal for the 2023-2024 school year. Clint Nelson comes to Andes Central School District from the Mt. Vernon School District where he was the Superintendent and Elementary Principal.

AC/DC XC RESULTS FOR CHAMBERLAIN INVITE
Thursday, September 14th AC/ DC travled to Chamberlain to participate in the Chamberlain Invite. This was a large meet and challenged the AC/DC runners to be their best. Over 300 athletes total participated in the meet. It was another beautiful day!
