The Sweet Clover 4-H club met on February 16, at 5 p.m. TheFerwerdafamilyhosted. President Carmindy called the meeting to order. Flag Pledges were led by Lucy and Josie Schloss. Roll call topic was 'What is your favorite color?' and eight members were present.

The Charles-Mix County 4-H Club Junior Leader’s Reporters for the 2024-2025 season are Marin Bultje and Callie Bergin. Marin is the daughter of Brice and Darci Bultje; Callie is the daughter of Jayme and Jr. Bergin.

The Charles Mix Foster Closet was first organized in November of 2024 by Jessica Nielsen.

10 Years Ago 2015 The Lady Pirates were headed to the District tournament and were seeded number one. The last and largest element, the main transformer, arrived at the Wind Farm which meant that power would be producing in a short period of time.

Devin Duane Rucktaeschel was born on January 22nd, 2007, to Josh Rucktaeschel and Kim Johnson. He has two siblings, Riley and Taylor. In his free time, Devin enjoys hunting, playing video games, and working.

Karlie Marie DeVries was born on September 13th, 2006 to Jenelle Pekas and Aaron Pinkleman. She has a stepfather, Aaron Pekas, and two siblings, Austin and Kensley. In Karlie's free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends, watching movies, and reading.

This week's athlete of the week is Kaydence Metzger. Kaydence is a freshman at AHS, and she plays for the Lady Pirates basketball team. Kaydence is the daughter of Bridgette Muller and Sam Metzger, and she has two siblings, Keagan and Kyzleigh.

Cody Sassaman has been involved with wrestling for nine years now. He originally wanted to join wrestling after going to a tournament to watch. Cody’s favorite part about wrestling is going to the tournaments with all his teammates.
