At the Veterans Day Banquet, the tradition of setting a single place setting at a small, round table was followed. VFW Auxiliary member, Sandy Seiner, was responsible for setting up the display.

WELLMARK FOUNDATION AWARDS MORE THAN $144,000 IN SMALL MATCH GRANTS DES MOINES, Iowa (Nov. 13, 2018) — The Wellmark Foundation has awarded seven South Dakota organizations Matching Assets to Community Health (MATCH) grants. Applicants were able to request up to $25,000 in grant funding.

Birth annoucements Jackson and Alex Woods are excited to announce the birth of their brother, William David Woods. William was born on October 1st, 2018 to David and Rachel Woods. He weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces and was 20 inches long.

In an attempt to break the world record for the most people reading the same book on the same day, over 300 Wagner Community School students and staff read Maybe Something Beautiful by F. Isabel Campoy and Theresa Howell and illustrated by Rafael López.
