LAKE ANDES PARADE OF LIGHTS

Get your entry ready for the first Parade of Lights to be held in Lake Andes. The Parade of Lights will be part of the Costumer Appreciation day held at local businesses during the day on Friday, December 6th The theme for parade entries this year are Holiday / Christmas songs.

Solid Finances online classes continue this week with “Retirement Planning: Important Decisions for Early Career Workers”. The class can be viewed at the library at 1:00 on Wednesday, Dec. 4th and lasts for 55 minutes.

Wagner Rotary met on Wednesday, November 27th for its regular meeting with a full house. Pastor Bill Hermann offered up a prayer of thankfulness for the food, the hands that prepared it, and asked that we all be blessed by our Savior at this thankful time of year.

MORE MILESTONE DONORS AT RECENT BLOOD DRIVE

The LifeServe Blood Center blood drive sponsored by Wagner Community on Monday, November 25, had a fantastic turn-out! 29 donors registered and 31 life-saving units of blood were donated. We appreciate everyone that came out to help boost the local blood supply!

TRI-COUNTY RIGHT TO LIFE MEETS

The Tri-County Right To Life group met at the Dakota Christian School at 7:00 pm on Monday, November 18, 2019. There were 11 members present.

Am. Leg. Auxiliary to Greer Post #11

Greer Post #11 American Legion Auxiliary met November 21, 2019 with ten members present. The meeting was called to order by Pro Tem President Margie Stone. The opening prayer was ready by Sandi Seiner. All recited the Pledge of Allegiance and Auxiliary Preamble.
