Greer Post #11 American Legion Auxiliary met November 21, 2019 with ten members present. The meeting was called to order by Pro Tem President Margie Stone. The opening prayer was ready by Sandi Seiner. All recited the Pledge of Allegiance and Auxiliary Preamble.

Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved as read. The Treasurer's report was given and approved as read. Bills were presented by Barb Kucera. Motion to pay was given and second received. Correspondence was read from District President Jan Coleman on celebrating the 100th birthday of Legion Auxiliary, the District Fall meeting, Good Samaritan Society and also from the Helping Hands Back Pack Program.

Membership chairman Barb Kucera reported that 69 have paid. Goal was changed from 84 to 78 members as previously stated.

Community service chairman Margie Stone said six Thinking of You cards had been sent.

Old business was report about Human Service Center bingo played on November 21st. Those who attended were: Barb Kucera, Judy Cihak and Barb Clemens.

New business - Linda Youngbluth will do Christmas cards for Vets. A motion by Delores Kotab and second by Barb Kucera on names for Queen candidates. Parade of Lights float entry discussed. Parade is December 13th.

The quarter basket was won by Delores Kotab and donated back. Thank You!

December meeting will have salads or desserts brought for the meal for Auxiliary.

No further business brought before the Pro team Chaplain Sandy Seiner read the closing prayer and Pro Tem President Margie Stone adjourned the meeting at 8:50 p.m. and second by Bonnie Soukup.
