Despite less than ideal weather, the 7th Annual Turkey Trot took place Thanksgiving morning. The goal of the Turkey Trot is to raise food for the Wagner Food Pantry.

District 1 South Dakota Farmers Union will have a quarterly meeting starting at 10:30 a.m., Saturday December 14th at Booms Restaurant meeting room in Wagner.

Friends, neighbors and Wagner Chamber members joined together Monday evening at Sip Homestead Farms to congratulate and welcome Paul and Lisa Schoenfelder as new Chamber members and enjoy the opportunity to tour their beautiful home.

Wagner Bon Homme Varsity Scored a 118.20 at our first meet of the season and captured the first-place title! The girls really came together and had fun Friday evening. They have grown so much already this season! This young team is dedicated group of young ladies.

This is the moment; the one any Oral Interp Student would be looking forward to all season long. It is State Oral Interp Weekend! The moment when all of the student's hard work and time put into this activity comes to culmination. There is no turning back at this point.

The Kindergarten class sings "Jingle Bells" and "Up On the Housetop"  . The Third Graders sang "Silent Night" and "Go Tell it on the Mountain"  . The Fourth Graders sang "The First Noel" and "12 Days of Christmas" under the direction of Mr  . Genzlinger and Mr  .

Mary Jo Kuhlman was honored Friday at Commercial State Bank with an Open House in recognition of her 39 years with Commercial State Bank. Many stopped in to visit and wish Mary Jo the best on her retirement.

Rotarian Bryan Slaba called the meeting to order on December 3rd at the Rotary Building on the corner of 2nd and Main Street in Wagner. He called upon Pastor Laurie Kidd to offer up a prayer for the club.
