LIFESERVE BLOOD DRIVE RESULTS

The LifeServe Blood Center blood drive sponsored by Wagner Community on Monday, May 24 had a fantastic turn-out! 42 donors registered and 41 units of life saving blood was donated. We appreciate everyone that came out to help boost the LOCAL blood supply!

Greer Unit #11 American Legion Auxiliary Meeting

Greer Unit#11 American Legion Auxiliary met on May 20, 2021, at the post home with 13 members present. The meeting was called to order by President Juanita Stone. Chaplain Margie Stone opened in prayer. The Pledge of Allegiance and Auxiliary Preamble were recited in unison.

VFW POST 7319 CELEBRATES 75 YEARS

On May 10, 1946, veterans from the Wagner area came together to charter what was to become known as Rollie Bucholz VFW Post 7319. When the ink dried, there were 57 veterans, mostly from WWII, who had joined the organization as charter members. That was 75 years ago.
