American Education Week was November 15th-19th. Wagner Community School and the Wagner Education Association recognize individuals or organizations who contribute their time and effort to support our students, and staff and make our school a better place of learning.

Am. Leg. Auxiliary to Greer Post #11

Greer Unit #11, American Legion Auxiliary met on November 18, 2021 at the post home with 12 members present. The meeting was called to order by President Juanita Stone. Chaplain Margie Stone opened with a prayer. The Pledge of Allegiance and American Legion Auxiliary Preamble were recited in unison.

Greer Post #11 American Legion

American Legion Greer Post #11 held its monthly meeting on November 18, 2021 at the Post Home with 30 members in attendance. We had four guests; Dominic Kotab, Dana Woods, Steve Woods, and Bruce Moehling.

President Slaba called the Wagner Club to order on a cold and very windy Wednesday. Goodbye to our beautiful fall weather. Pastor Bill Herrmann gave the blessing on the food and those who prepared it and asked for protection for all those who are not able to be out of the wintry weather.

SPOTLIGHT SHINES ON SENIOR Tiffany Ridgway

Tiffany Rae Ridgway was born on December 22, 2002. Family includes Carol Ridgway (mom), Hunter and Michael (brothers), and Ray (grandpa). Tiffany’s favorite subject in school is shop because she loves to build. For Ridgway, the most challenging part about senior year is getting through the year.

AVON RECOGNIZES HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT OF THE MONTH

Student of the month is to recognize students on things they have done really well academically, as well as their achievements, behavior and contributions to Avon School. Noah Watchorn, son of Jaime Watchorn and John Fathke, was selected as September Student of the Month.
