Feeding South Dakota food distribution will be held Friday, Jan. 28 at the Scotland Community Church at 8:45 a.m.; the Tyndall Fire Hall at 10:30 a.m. and at the Avon Fire Hall at 12 noon. This will continue to be a “drive-thru” distribution until further notice.

Mark, Julie, Abby and Simon Freier of Pickstown were supper guests on Saturday night in the home of their parents and grandparents, Larry and Sharon Kozel. They celebrated a belated Christmas.

The Library Board met in early December and have decided the library will offer a flag deposit service. If you have a U.S. flag which has become unusable you may bring it to the library and we will insure it is disposed of correctly.
