The Wagner Rotary Club met on Wednesday, December 21st at the Rotary Building for one of their last meetings of the year. After the meeting was called to order guests were introduced.

Food insecurity has continued to increase in Bon Homme County as those who volunteer with the Feeding South Dakota food distributions have noticed each month, as well as a continued increase in utilization of the Bon Homme and Scotland Food Pantries.

Lake Andes native Cayla Nelson is having an outstanding year. The 17-year-old was crowned National American Miss South Dakota for 2022 this past summer and just returned from competition in Orlando, Florida. “I’ve competed in pageants for the past two years,” detailed Nelson.
