This past week Emma Yost competed at the HOSA International Leadership Conference in Nashville, Tennessee. HOSA-Future Health Professionals is a global student-led organization, whose mission is to promote career opportunities in the health industry and to enhance the delivery of quality health care to all people. While representing South Dakota, Emma competed in the physical therapy events. Emma wasn’t only representing South Dakota in competition, but she is also representing South Dakota as a state officer. She will be the treasurer for the state HOSA council this year, as she was elected by her HOSA peers at the state leadership conference. Congratulations Emma. Thank you for your work, and determination to represent Wagner and South Dakota.

The 14U team were 4-3 victors in their game as they were led by the pitching of Brady Cournoyer. He pitched all five innings giving up the three runs, all of which were earned, on seven hits and three walks while striking out seven.
