You can’t miss the new signs against human trafficking at Marty and Lake Andes! Human trafficking is happening. Victims are transported and recruited and groomed through this area. The South Central Coalition Against Human Trafficking has erected new signs to encourage people to be aware Pictured here beside one of the the signs are Fr. Brunsing read a prayer from Rotary guidelines that gave thanks for our club and the opportunities and challenges it meets each day Song leader Gerrit Juffer led the membership in singing one verse of America the Beautiful!

ROG’S AUTO ADDS STATE OF THE ART EQUIPMENT TO THE SHOP

Dave’s Motor Supply was owned and operated by Roger Blaha’s father in 1974. In 2009, Roger followed in his father’s footsteps and bought the business from his dad, rebranding it as Rog’s Auto. Roger has been working on vehicles since he was an 8th grader when he began working for his dad in the shop. After graduating from high school, Roger attended the University of South Dakota at Springfield for his bachelor’s degree in automotive before becoming Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certified. After that the rest is history and Rog has been a mechanic ever since.

Funeral services for Frank Huapapi, 74, of Wagner were held Tuesday, June 4 at the YST South Gym in Wagner. Burial was in the Holy Fellowship Episcopal Cemetery in Greenwood.

Funeral services for Thomas H. Aungie, 59, of Wagner were held Saturday, June 8 at the YST South Gym in Wagner. Burial was at the Hill Church Presbyterian Cemetery, rural Dante. Peters Funeral Home of Wagner was in charge of services.
