AC/DC WINS THE THUNDER NATION TOURNAMENT

AC/DC won the Thunder Nation Tournament on Saturday October 14. In the Pool C vs Crow Creek AC/DC won 25-12, 25-12, then they defeated Colome, 25-11, 25-16; and Lakota Tech 27-25, 25-14 AC/DC got 2 seed and a Bye in the first round of the Tournament play. In the Semifinal Match they played Centerville and won best out of three 22-25, 25-16, 25-19. IntheChampionshipMatchthey defeated Bridgewater Emery 25-23, 25-22.

AC/DC AT ETHAN/ PARKSTON INVITE

On October 11, four AC/DC runners participated in the Region 3 XC meet at Burke. Eilie DeHaan finish 8th with a time of 22:30.67 to qualify for the state meet. Kora Backes finished 28th with a time of 26:21.48, Renner DeHaan finished 38th with a time of 23:40.15 and Luke Dangel ran to a 28th place finish with a time of 21:02.4 The state cross country meet will be held October 21st, at Yankton Trail Park in Sioux Falls.
