Dennis Jake Wynia was born February 24, 1954 in Bon Homme County, the son of Gerben and Marcleen (Einrem) Wynia. He passed away Saturday, February 5 at Avera Sacred Heart Hospital in Yankton. Per Denny's wishes, no services were held. Peters Funeral Home in Springfield was in charge of arrangements.

Ruth Elizabeth (Kastein) Tolsma was born October 30, 1928 to Henry and Johanna (Kuiper) Kastein on the family farm west of Springfield. She died on January 31 at the Avera Sister James Care Center at the age of 93. Ruth attended the Equal Rights and Kirkwood country schools until the 8th grade.

Louis died Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at the Community Memorial Hospital in Wagner. Funeral services were Saturday, January 29, at the Marty Community Center. Peters Funeral Home in Wagner was in charge of arrangements. Louis Dale Hare, Sr. entered this world on September 9, 1946 born to Leafia P.

Eric Jay Carda was born October 25th, 1963, in Sioux Falls. He passed away January 18th, 2022, in San Diego, CA, after a courageous battle with rare peritoneal cancer.

Marilyn died Saturday, January 22, 2022 at the Community Memorial Hospital in Wagner. Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date due to safety concerns. Peters Funeral Home in Wagner is in charge of arrangements.

Vicky Rennae Wilson (Uecker), the daughter of a farmer and an x-ray technician, came into the world on December 9, 1963; she left us too soon as a devoted wife, beloved daughter, sister, mom and grandma on February 2, 2022.

Bill was born on July 19, 1940, in Plentywood Mt. to William and Margaret Reiter. Bill passed away peacefully in his sleep on January 26, 2022, in Wagner. Services will be on Saturday, February 5, at 1 p.m. CST. in Fort Yates, ND at the AJ Agard building with Father John Floberg officiating.

Margie A. Shore (nee Cuka), 88, was reunited with her husband on January 26, 2022. Born in Tyndall, she spent her early years on her parents’ farm along with her four older siblings. Margie graduated from Yankton High School in 1951 and married Donald P. Shore on May 15, 1952.
