The Wagner Hospital Auxiliary held their monthly meeting on May 22, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. with ten members present. Yelle T. gave results of the guesses that members made on the “Kentucky Derby” race at the Spring Tea. Nobody had picked any winners, so names were drawn for the prizes.

This Week in The Wagner Rotary Club was called to order on Wednesday, May 29th by another hefty ringing of the bell by President Jerry Weber. There were no guests present so Pastor Bill Heermann was asked to give a prayer.

The South Dakota Department of Health has realeased new income guidelines for the WIC Program effective June 3, 2019. WIC is a special supplemental nutrition program, funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, provided at no cost to eligible moms, babies and children.

This Memorial Day, family and friends of area deceased veterans continued the tradition of gathering together to salute our fallen heroes at the annual Memorial Day program, which was held at the National Guard Armory on Monday, May 27, 2019.
