With the beginning of school, Moms in Prayer will be starting up again. This is a Christ centered organization whose sole purpose is to pray for our children and the schools they attend. It is made of moms, grandmas and any interested ladies desiring to pray for the students and staff at the school.

Save the date! The 2021 All School Reunion will take place September 4th at the Wagner Armory. Doors will open at 5 p.m. for Social Hour and the Hall of Fame will be at 5:30 p.m. An All School Reunion Ribeye Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m.

When patients and their families are asked to meet with palliative care specialists, it commonly triggers a wide range of emotions.

On Monday, July 26 the Wagner Cub Scouts in partnership with the city of Wagner and Kirwan Design and Landscaping planted a tree at Wagner Lake in memory of Cub Scout Leader and friend, Corey Irwin. Both the Cub Scouts and family members were present to assist in planting the tree.

Marilyn Zylstra has seen a lot of change throughout her long and rewarding career. As she enters retirement she will be greatly missed as the administrative secretary at Wagner Elementary School. However, the fond memories of Zylstra’s work ethic and devotion will always be remembered.

The Library was very pleased to host Starr Chief Eagle, Hoop Dancer Extraordinaire, Lakota Teacher on Thursday, July 15th. Starr began the program with a handson activity with the children.
