The Wagner Rotary Club met on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 for its regular weekly meeting. President Bryan Slaba welcomed everyone.

More than 6,700 University of Nebraska–Lincoln students have been named to the Deans’ List for the fall semester of the 2021-22 academic year. Included in this list is Wagners very own, Faith Leigh Podzimek, freshman, College of Arts and Science, Anthropology.

Abraham Lincoln never stepped foot in present-day South Dakota. Perhaps the closest he ever came was a trip to Council Bluffs, Iowa, in 1859 to examine some land for a friend and deliver a speech. In fact, the 16th president rarely comes to mind when thinking about South Dakota history.

The One-Act Play cast members and Coach, Loretta Knodel loaded up the van and trailer and headed to State in Rapid City at the end of the school day on Wednesday, February 2. There were schools from all over the state. AA, A, and B schools were all gathered in one place.
