The 10U girls softball team took home the Championship Title on Tuesday, June 28th. They celebrated with a parade around town on the Fire trucks. Coach, Tiffany Pelton commented on their season saying, "I couldn't be more proud of the 10U girls!

R&R Excavation (Randy Rysavy) was recently hired by CHS in Wagner to take down some old grain bins. A few of their bins were damaged from the recent wind storms and the decision was made to take down the old bins which were no longer being used.

Kimberly Tolsma and Sarah Swier were honored to attend the Honors Choir USA in Honolulu, Hawaii from June 13th through June 19th. Both of the ladies shared remarks on their amazing trip.

Marvin Gall is 94-years-old and has been a part of the annual Fish Days parade in Lake Andes for decades. His long-standing tradition of making unique floats and being a character in his own creations is well known throughout the local area.

Monday evening, June 20th an extreme wind storm blew through Wagner with winds clocked at 109 mph. A grainbin at CHS was destroyed, an Evergreen tree was blown over, roots intact just missing the home and a large part of a tree at Wagner Lake broke off and fell on the picnic shelter.

It’s been a long time since I’ve worked in the ER, but some stories stay with me. One such story belongs to a woman in her early 30s. After a year of trying to conceive, she was finally pregnant. Then she started spotting.
