September 23rd the Wagner Rotary was called to order at Noon by Bill Frei substituting for President Bryan Slaba who could not be present. Members were asked to stand and recite the Rotary Four-Way Test:
1. Is it the TRUTH?
2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?

2020 High Plains Circuit Bareback Champs! Grady, ten years old, competed in the 9-12 Junior Rookie Bareback and Hayes, seven years old, competed in the 6-9 year old barebacks. The boys were coached by their Uncle Andy Hall who rode bareback horses.
