Greer Post #11 American Legion

American Legion Greer Post #11 held its monthly meeting on February 19 with 25 members in attendance. Commander Rados thanked tonight’s cooks for the delicious dinner. Chaplain Don Kotab gave the invocation which was followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

MEN'S CHORUS FESTIVAL CONCERT TO BE HELD

The Annual Men’s Chorus Festival Concert will be presented this year on Sunday, March 1 at 7:00 p.m. at the Dakota Christian school gymnasium east of Platte on Highway 44.

Blizzards, tornadoes, and floods are a few of the natural hazards that strike this part of the country. Events like this have the potential of causing thousands of dollars annually in damage to property.

President Jamie Soukup called the Wagner Rotarians to order on Wednesday, February 18th. There was a smaller crowd for the usual Wednesday meeting but in the rain or shine the meeting will go on.
