Reported by Mary Jo Parker The library will hold it’s annual book sale on August 18 and 19th during regular library hours 1-5 p.m. Books come from discarded library books and donations of books to the library. The library is looking to purchase books for the adult section of the library.

Greg Hager & Jan (Schmidt) Schiferl

Oonf Sattuhrdeay eYveeniangr, August 20, at 7 p.m., Greg Hager and Jan (Schmidt) Schiferl will be in concert at the East Lake Andes Lutheran Church, 28977 US Hwy 281, Armour. Greg Hager is a Nashville-produced musician. He is a singer, song-writer and accomplished musician.

MAKE PLANS TO ATTEND “SESSIONS BY THE LAKE”

An evening of musical enjoyment and food is set for Thursday, August 25 at the Wagner Lake. This will be an evening to set back and relax and hear some great music all for the price of “Free”. The music begins at 6:00 p.m.

The August 10th Wagner Rotary Club was called to order by Vice President Becky Brunsing. There were several guests present: Bill Frei brought Mike Johnson of Current Solutions; Gerrit Juffer brought Roger Blaha and Kevin Janouseck.
