The Avon Oral Interpretation team had a very successful season that ended with seven people qualifying for the state competition at Harrisburg High School, which took place on Friday, December 1st, 2023 and Saturday, December 2nd, 2023.

Courtney was born on March 10, 2006 to parents Joe & Janelle Sees. Her siblings are Lauren, Ali, Easton, and Hudson. Courtney’s favorite school subject is science because she finds it the most interesting. The most challenging thing for Courtney, as a senior, are some hard classes she’s had to take.

This week’s featured Andes Central Senior is Nevaeh Morgan. Nevaeh is the daughter of Brian Morgan Sr. and has one sibling, Brian.

Holiday Hours at the library for Christmas and New Years are as follows: Closed December 25th and 26th Closed January 1st and 2nd. The library will begin a winter reading event with the new year.

Rotarian/Pastor Bill Heerman opened the meeting after the bell was rung with a prayer of thankfulness for the beautiful weather, we are experiencing this Christmas season. He asked for guidance for all our members as we go about as Rotarians in the Wagner Community.

HELO Electric first opened its doors in May of 2023. It is a Veteran owned, Christian company that prides itself on those attributes. Owners, Jon and Whitney Podzimek, started their electrical contracting business because being an entrepreneur has always been a goal of Jon’s.

Wagner Elementary Students held a food drive for one week, and a total of 1,526 items were collected and taken to the Wagner ROCS food pantry.
