Wagner hosted its first track meet in three years on Tuesday, April 12, with 16 teams participating. Conditions were pleasant for the first three hours or so, but unfortunately the winds became too much to bear and the track meet was cancelled after the girls 300 meter hurdles had been run.

Congratulations to Emma Yost on being named to girls basketball Class A 2nd team, which was voted on by members of Class A South Dakota Coaches Association. Emma led the Raiders in scoring 13.9 points per game and rebounding with 9.7 rebounds. She also added 3.2 assists, and 1.3 steals per game. Emma led Wagner in field goal percentage shooting 53.1% from the floor. Emma is the daughter of Matt and Amy Yost.

Andes Central/Dakota Christian hosted the Class B Classic tournament on Friday April 8th in Mitchell at Lakeview golf course. Abigail Svatos took home first place for the girls scoring a 45 in her first 9 holes and a 46 in her second.
