On Wednesday, April 6, Vermillion High School hosted a Vocal and Instrumental Large Group Contest. Both the Avon High School Choir and 8-12 Band participated in the contest. The goal of the contest was to get judge input to improve each group’s musicianship.

ANATOMY CLASS TOURS USD LAB

On April 21, the high school anatomy class took a tour of the University of South Dakota’s Gross Anatomy and Physiology Lab. Senior students Reece Loewe, Samantha Brodeen, Katie Gretschmann, Makayla Kopp, and Trinity Chaisson along with junior Jessica Streit, and teacher Tamara Carns entered the lab with loads of excitement.
