LADY RAIDERS IMPROVE TO 17-2 ON THE SEASON

The Wagner Volleyball team traveled to Hanson on Tuesday, September 27th. The Varsity and JV came away with wins and the C team split 1-1 due to time restraints. The varsity put up a solid win with scores of 25-14, 25-16 and 25-16. The Lady Raiders are on a 11 match winning streak and are continuing to improve with every match.

Grain Bin Training

Lake Andes Fire Department held a grain bin training on Thursday, September 29th. This was free providedbyNationWideInsurance and many sponsors including local sponsor, CHS. They had 1,800 applicants and Lake Andes was one of the 65 chosen fire departments. NECAS supplied the rescue tubes, grain bin auger and instructors to train the twelve volunteer firefighters who participated, each one was put into a homemade bin and then they use the auger to remove the grain away from the victim in the rescue tube.
