Forrest Farley, Jr., 83, of Pickstown passed away on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at the Community Memorial Hospital in Wagner. His wish was to donate his body to science at the USD School of Medicine. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date at the Pickstown Community Church.
