Eunice died Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at the Community Memorial Hospital in Wagner. Wake services began Wednesday at the White Swan Community Center in Lake Andes. Funeral services were Saturday, October 23 at the White Swan Community Center. Burial was in St. Paul’s Catholic Cemetery in Marty.

Gary Ole Gullickson, died March 12, 2021 from complications of Parkinson’s disease. No services were held at this time. Gary was born June 22, 1944 in Freeman to Della (Graber) and Walter Gullickson. His childhood years were spent on the family farm, working alongside his parents.

Mrs. Bernice Heusinkveld, age 97, of Hull, passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at the Hegg Memorial Health Center in Rock Valley. There was a memorial service on Monday, October 18, at the First Reformed Church in Hull. The Rev. Adam Van Der Stoep officiated.

Bob died Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at the Good Samaritan Society in Wagner. A Celebration of Bob’s Life will be held 1p.m., Wednesday, October 27 at the American Legion Hall in Wagner. Burial is in the ZCBJ Cemetery, rural Wagner. Peters Funeral Home in Avon is in charge of arrangements.

Guy Lee Hendrickson, age 64, of Yankton, passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family. Guy’s Celebration of Life Services will be on Saturday, October 23 at 11 a.m. at the Friedensburg Bible Church. The church is located at 30992 406th Avenue, Avon, S. Dak.

Karter Rames Cournoyer was born December 3, 2020 at Yankton, to Kierstin Charging Hawk and Thurman Cournoyer III. Karter has two siblings: his older sister Paisley and his big brother Thurman IV aka Leo. Karter passed away at the early age of ten months old. Karter was the happiest baby boy around.

Robert Chrans, 74, of Avon died Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at the Good Samaritan Society in Wagner. A Celebration of Bob’s Life will be October 27 at 1 p.m., at the American Legion Hall in Wagner. Burial is in the ZCBJ Cemetery, rural Wagner. Peters Funeral Home in Avon is in charge of arrangements.

Lawrence Schroeder, 87, of Sioux Falls went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, September 30, 2021, at the Sioux Falls VA Hospital. Visitation was Monday, October 4 at George Boom Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory, Sioux Falls.

Richard died Saturday, September 25, 2021 at the UT Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. Funeral services were Saturday, October 2 at the American Legion Hall in Wagner. Burial was in the Presbyterian Cemetery, rural Greenwood. Wake services began Thursday at the Legion Hall.
