Kendall Leo Wiechmann, 65, of Parkston passed away Thursday, Dec 9, 2021 at Select Specialty Hospital in Sioux Falls. All services will be held at the National Guard Armory in Wagner. Visitation will be Friday from 4 to 6 p.m., followed by a Prayer Service at 6 p.m..

Services were Friday, December 10, at the East Lake Andes Lutheran Church, rural Armour. Mavis Joan Hoffman was born to Lionel and Eunice (Sorenson) Barkley on July 7, 1934, in Wagner. She passed away Monday, December 6, 2021 at Sanford Vermillion Care Center, Vermillion.

Funeral services are 10:30 a.m., Monday, December 13 at the Danzig Baptist Church, rural Avon. Burial is in the Danzig Baptist Cemetery. Visitation is at the church on Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m., followed by a 7 p.m. Prayer Service. Peters Funeral Home in Avon is in charge of arrangements.

Evelyn Jean Coleman was born March 16, 1934, west of Tyndall, to James Sr. and Minnie (Wagner) Fryda. She passed away Sunday, November 28, 2021 at her home in Springfield. Evelyn attended Tyndall High School for two years and graduated from Springfield High School in 1952.

Ruth Mary Manning, 88, of Sabetha, Kansas, was called home by her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at her home at the Apostolic Christian Village apartments. Ruth was born November 12, 1933 to Alfred and Rena (Northhouse) Visser in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Mildred Jean Roth, the youngest child of John J. and Caroline (Binder) Kocmich was born on January 14, 1928 at rural Dante. She passed away on Sunday, November 28 at the Angelhaus Assisted Living Center in Yankton.

Funeral services were held Saturday, December 4 at Peters Funeral Home in Wagner. Burial was in the ZCBJ Cemetery, rural Wagner, with military honors. Arthur "Art" Charles Canfield was born August 14, 1935 to George M. and Hermina A. (Bucholz) Canfield in Springfield, the fifth of seven children.

Funeral services for Herbert Hare were Friday, November 19th at the Marty Community Center. Peters Funeral Home in Wagner was in charge of arrangements. Herbert Wilson Hare was born July 29, 1939. His parents are Wesley “Bud” Hare and Elma Picotte.

Galen died Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at his home in Wagner. Funeral services were Monday, November 29 at the National Guard Armory in Wagner. Burial was in the Hill Church Presbyterian Cemetery, rural Dante, with military honors. Peters Funeral Home in Wagner was in charge of arrangements.
