Dear Editor: Rail to trail update. I received a call from Pierre today 6-27 and was updated on the R&T Project. R&Tisonlinetoreceive$200k (Federal gas tax money) to do a feasibility study. No action has been taken, the reason is they mandated a 20% ($40K) match.
