After the official ground-breaking in October, 2020, the long-awaited new office and shop facility for the Charles Mix Electric Association is now open to the public. Employees made the move official on Wednesday, February 16th.

The Bon Homme Community choir is making preparations for this years Easter Cantata. This years Cantata is titled "Closer to the Cross" celebrating the Journey of Christ. Combining old and new music with excellent narration to make a meaningful Cantata.

On November 4, 2021 MaryAnn was diagnosed with Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia (APL) and started cancer treatment at Avera McKennan Hospital, Sioux Falls, SD. On 11/9/21 Mary-Ann was intubated (under sedation) to help her body to deal with the treatment for a week.

Vice President Becky Brunsing welcomed the Wagner Rotarians to their weekly meeting on Wednesday, February 23rd in the absence of President Bryan Slaba. She welcomed the visiting Seniors from WCS and asked Rotarian Bill Herrmann for a prayer.

Feeding South Dakota food distribution will be held Friday, Feb. 25 at the Scotland Community Church at 8:45 a.m.; the Tyndall Fire Hall at 10:30 a.m. and at the Avon Fire Hall at 12 noon. This will continue to be a “drive-thru” distribution until further notice.
