Every year around the end of October/early November, Catholic Daughters around the world unite for one big cause. It is called WRAP Week or White Ribbons Against Pornography and is about defending human dignity, protecting our families and children, and opposing sexual exploitation.

The Wagner Rotary Club convened its weekly meeting on Wednesday, November 16th with no guests present so Rotarian Bill Heermann offered up a prayer of thanksgiving for the food and fellowship. Assistant Song Leader Gerrit Juffer provided phone accompaniment to “My Wild Irish Rose.

Greer Unit #11 American Legion Auxiliary met on November 17, 2022 at the post home with 10 members present. The meeting was called to order by President Linda Youngbluth. Chaplin Margie Stone read the opening prayer. The Pledge of Allegiance and Auxiliary Preamble were recited in unison.

A Special Municipal Election will be held December 6th at the Wagner City Hall from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., on the 4-Lane Referendum.

Mrs.Knodelhasbeenteaching in Avon for 20 years, and she received Region 3 Teacher of the Year! Loretta has been nominated before in 2009, but did not go through the application process. It was very lengthy and had a lot of essay questions, with only had four days before the due date.
