IF YOU WANT TO KNOW, READ YOUR BIBLE!

MARK 8:1-12 "In those days the multitude being very great, and having nothing to eat, Jesus called his disciples unto him, and saith unto them, I have compassion on the multitude, because they have been with me three days, and have nothing to eat, And if I send them away fasting to their own houses, they will faint by the way: for divers of them have come from far. And his disciples answered him, from whence shall a man satisfy these men with bread here in the wilderness? And he asked them, how many loaves have ye? And they said seven. And he commanded the people to sit down on the ground: And he took the seven loaves, and gave thanks, and brake, and gave to his disciples to set before them; and they did set them before the people. And they had a few small fishes: and he blessed, and commanded to set them also before them. So they did eat, and were filled: and they took up of the broken meat that was left seven baskets. And they that had eaten were about four thousand: And!

He sent them away. And straightway he entered into a ship with his disciples, and came into parts of Dalmanutha. And the Pharisees came forth, and began to question him, seeking of him a sign from heaven, tempting him. And he sighed deeply in his spirit, and saith, Why doth this generation seek after a sign? Verily I say unto you, there shall no sign be given unto this generation."(KJV) Now you would think that this article would all be about Jesus feeding 4,000 men plus their wives and children, which could have been well over 6,000 people.

But just think about the request of the Pharisees, show us a sign.

They were there tempting Him, It may make you wonder why they could not accept this feeding of around 6,000 people from seven loaves of bread, and a few small fishes as a reasonable sign, without seeking for another sign.

We have many people who are just like those Pharisees. Never accepting the simple truth of Jesus being the Son of God. Some are not believing in His resurrection from the dead. Others deny the future revelation in Revelation. And many believe all sorts of things about the end of the world and heaven and so forth.

They are looking for a sign. The sign of the end times is plainly explained in the Book of Revelation, which is the Book which reveals what is coming, how it will be when it does.

Thou we do not know when, we do know the signs revealed in Revelation.

So to those who are seeking a sign in this generation, their hunt is over. It is now and has been recorded for them in God's Word, the Bible.

So I would suggest to them, If you want to know, read your Bible.
