Services for Byron Jandreau, 50, of Wagner, were Saturday, August 18 at Holy Spirit Episcopal Church in Wagner. Burial was in the Greenwood Presbyterian Cemetery, rural Greenwood. Crosby-Jaeger Funeral Home in Wagner was in charge of arrangements.

Byron Leonard Jandreau was born on September 4, 1967 in Wagner to Frank Jandreau Sr. and Eleanor Jandreau. He died Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at his home in Wagner.

Byron loved fishing, listening to music, walking, visiting with friends and putting a smile on everyone’s face. He loved to joke and spend time with family and friends. He loved his dogs, Yellow, Lucy and Betty. He will most be remembered for his smile.

He leaves to mourn his family, sisters: Rebecca Jandreau Picotte, Maria Arpan, Laura Jandreau and Elizabeth Jandreau, all of Wagner; brothers: Gaylord Jandreau, Yankton, James Jandreau, Rapid City, John Jandreau, Kenny Jandreau, Vernon Jandreau, Kevin Jandreau, all of Wagner, Dustin Jandreau, Tripp, and many nieces and nephews; special friend, Darla Cournoyer, Wagner; and step-grandchildren, Kalyin Cournoyer and Kingsley Cournoyer.

He is preceded in death by his father, Frank Jandreau Sr., mother, Eleanor (Weston) Jandreau, brothers, Frank Jandreau Jr. and John Ambrose Jandreau, and step-daughter Emma Picotte.
