Braxton Nedved would be the third Raider in double figures with 11 points and 4 assists. Hayden Knudsen would chip in 7 points and dish out 2 assists. Genesis Patterson would round out the scoring with 2 points, and 9 boards. “What a great game on both ends of the floor. Offensively we were getting it done on all facets of the game. We scored in transition and we scored in the paint. We attacked the rim off the bounce and then we hit perimeter shots at a high rate all against junk defenses. Never have I had or seen 4 kids go perfect from the field from inside the arc and at a high rate 21-21. Defensively we did a great job on their 2 guards. We held a D-1 commit scoreless the first half and she ended with 5 points. We controlled the glass and the pace of the game which played in our favor from start to finish. Great job ladies!”

The Trappers committed 29 turnovers compared to 13 from the Raiders. “The basketball really moved offensively with great passing and then knocking down open looks. We shot a better percentage from beyond the arc than we did from 2’s which was great. It just opened up the inside more and forced them to play a conventional defense rather than a junk. Defensively we did a great job on the glass only allowing 1 offensive rebound tonight where this has been a struggle for us the past 2 games. Great team effort and now onto the next one as the games will come quick.”
