Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion organizations in Wagner have decided to cancel the annual Memorial Day Program. In light of the fact that the majority of those who attend the program are in the high risk for infection category, it was determined that it isn’t worth the risk of infecting those veterans and their families.

The service was streamed and may be viewed at the St. John Lutheran Church youtube channel. Burial was in the ZCBJ Cemetery, rural Wagner.
