FIVE ATTEND STATE HOSA EVENT

April 8-9 was filled with many learning experiences for five high school girls. Early Thursday morning Cassie Stewart, Makayla Kopp, Madi Mudder, Kim Tolsma, and Gracie Small hopped on a bus headed to Sioux Falls for the state HOSA (Health Occupations Students of America) event. Kim Velk, a PA-C from Tyndall, and her nurse Lisa Weier mentored these ladies in this trip!

AHS DRAMA CAST PRESENTS THE PURRFECT CRIME

Avon students performed a two-act play called The Purrfect Crime on April 17. At 6:00 p.m. the Post Prom committee served supper in the Avon gym prior to the play. Supper consisted of a side salad, pork loin, baked potato, green beans, a bun and dessert...served during intermission.
