Louis Otte, 90, of Lake Andes died Thursday, January 18, 2024 at Avera St. Benedict Health Center in Parkston. Funeral services were held Monday, January 22 at St. John Lutheran Church in Wagner. Burial was in St. Mark’s Catholic Cemetery in Lake Andes following the service.
