COL. KEVIN DEJONG TO GIVE ADDRESS AT AVON'S MEMORIAL DAY PROGRAM

Kevin De Jong grew up on his parent's (Herb and Jessie DeJong) farm west of Springfield and graduated from Avon High School in 1968. Kevin and his wife Tonia (Bechtold) also from Avon, reside in Yankton and are the parents of three children and have four grandchildren.

PETERS NAMED TO DWU SPRING 2021 DEAN'S LIST

MITCHELL, S.D. – Dakota Wesleyan University recently released its spring 2021 dean’s list which includes a total of 303 university students. To qualify for the dean’s list, a student must have a semester grade point average of at least 3.5 on a fourpoint scale.

Wagner Community School held their commencement ceremony Saturday, May 15 at 1:30 p.m. for the Class of 2021. The school is so thankful to all the scholarship donors. The students are very fortunate to have a supportive community.

PETERS MAKES 16' 1.5" #1 VAULT IN SD HISTORY

ACDC VARSITY TRACK AT ERV PTAK RELAYS

ACDC's Varisty Track Team traveled to Menno for ERV PTAK Relays. The results are as follows: Girls 100-5th Nadia Vanzuidam 14.21 200- 3rd Josie Brouwer 28.77 5th Leah Brown 29.27 400-1st Isabella Brouwer 1:04.98, 6th Allison Muckey 1:07.67 800-7th Kalee Dykshorn 2:59.
