ANDES CENTRAL/DAKOTA CHRISTIAN CROSS COUNTRY SEASON BEGINS

The Andes Central/Dakota Christian Thunder Cross Country team competed in their season opening meet on Saturday, August 27 at the Mitchell Invitational Meet. After a delay due to lighting in the area, both the boys and girls varsity raced together over 4000 meters.

LaVern W. Koupal, Wagner, South Dakota, has been elected as a delegate to the 139th American Angus Association Convention of Delegates, set to be held Nov. 7 at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, reports Mark McCully, chief executive officer of the American Angus Association.
