FEEDING SOUTH DAKOTA JULY 28TH

Feeding South Dakota food distribution will be held Friday, July 28 at the Scotland Community Church at 8:45 a.m.; the Tyndall Fire Hall at 10:30 a.m. and at the Avon Fire Hall at 12 noon.

BERNDT FAMILY REUNION

The Avon Public Library hosted a farm safety day in conjunctionwiththeirsummer reading program. There was a record breaking attendance of eighty-eight children who checked in at registration with many adults accompanying them.

July, is when there’s a lot of changes going on in the outdoors. But before it gets hot, you can catch walleyes in the bays and off of the points using a bottom bouncer, spinners and a crawler. Bait fish spend most of the spring in the shoreline vegetation, the gravel and rocks.

The patient was young, healthy, and short of breath. She had not been sick recently, other than a minor cough. Her oxygen level was normal and her lungs sounded clear. Her heart rate was a little fast and she was breathing rather quickly, too.
