Vice President Elect, Jordan Weber rang the bell for our July 12th meeting. President Brunsing was away on business. Rotarian/ Pastor Bill Heermann gave thanks for the beautiful day and asked all members to keep the Francis Doom family in their prayers.

Feeding South Dakota food distribution will be held Friday, July 28 at the Scotland Community Church at 8:45 a.m.; the Tyndall Fire Hall at 10:30 a.m. and at the Avon Fire Hall at 12 noon. PLEASE NOTE: Proxy pickup (picking up food for someone unable to attend) is allowed with a completed form.

I am a firm believer that our upbringing makes us who we are. I often talk about how I grew up on our family farm with my parents giving me impossible things to do. By challenging me with seemingly unachievable tasks, my mom and dad taught me that I can do anything I set my mind to.

This season the 10u girls went 18-5!! The hard work these girls have been putting in all throughout this season has not gone unnoticed. I’m proud of the leaders these girls have shown to be in the tough situations. Being able to coach this group of girls has been so much fun!!

Thirty-seven runners from 10 schools attended the 5th Annual Randall Creek Running Camp this past June 28, 29, and 30. The running camp was organized by Larry Lucas from Pickstown.
